Soft play equipment, ride-on toys and bouncy castle included.

Tables, chairs and tablecloths are supplied.

Children’s entertainers welcome.

If booked without soft play, the room will be divided and therefore a smaller total area.

Once we have confirmed your booking, two weeks before the date, we will contact you to make further arrangements.

Party Buffet includes sandwiches, pizza, cocktail sausages, veg sticks, crisps, Mini Jammie Dodgers and squash – £4.50 per head.

Kids Party Hire T&Cs

  • Our Softplay is for under 5’s only.
  • This booking is for the times specified.
  • The full party hire amount is non-refundable if the event is cancelled with less than 28 days notice.
  • £25 of your booking fee is a non-refundable administration fee if the event is cancelled at any time after booking.
  • Any damages caused during your event will be charged to you.
  • No additional soft-play equipment can be hired in.
  • No adults allowed on the bouncy castle.
  • Maximum number of children is 25.
  • We do not allow pinata’s or confetti balloons.
  • Cleaning of the room is included within the hire price, but the hall must be left in a reasonable condition. Bins will be provided.
  • Outside catering is permitted, but on the understanding that no access will be given to our kitchen, storage, cutlery, plates, glasses etc and will need to be supplied by you / your caterer.
  • For licensing of selling alcohol Aston Clinton Park Pavilion holds its own Premises License.
  • 30 mins set-up and clear-down time is included within your booking slot.
  • No items are permitted to be stuck on the walls without speaking to a staff member, if agreed, masking tape will be provided.
  • You may not bring or consume your own alcohol on the premises.
  • Strictly no smoking on these premises.
  • When leaving the premises, please be mindful of our neighbours.
  • Our soft-play is hired without staff supervision. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
  • If hired without soft-play, the room is divided and therefore a smaller total area.
  • “Your Cafe in the Park” cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damage caused by inappropriate behavior.
